I had tried kiteboarding on my own a few times and had no success, I was actually nervous about the sport. Mark at North coast Kiteboarding took me through the process step by step, starting back with the trainer kite, learning all the basics and safety aspects. Using a bow kite and more time in the water doing body drags, Mark had me on the board and riding in one direction by the end of the first day. I am addicted now, purchasing 3 new bow kites and new board. See you on the water, Dan. I have been watching people Kiteboard at Wasaga for a few years and have always wanted to try it. It looked a little intimidating so I wanted to get some instructions. I did not want to hurt myself or others trying to learn. I set up a lesson with North Coast Kiteboarding and they showed me the safe way to learn Kiteboarding, I learned a ton about the sport, in a short amount of time. They showed me the gear, the safety features and how to read the conditions. By the third lesson I was up and riding on the board.
